On November 18th at 6 p.m., the Rice Alliance - Austin Chapter is presenting a panel discussion on recent Austin success stories. Moderated by Wes Jones of Vinson & Elkins L.L.P., the panel will include the following CEOs who have successfully led their companies through significant liquidity events (e.g., sales of the company, mergers, etc.):
Joel Trammell
CEO and Co-Founder, NetQoS
In September 2009, CA announced the acquisition of NetQoS for $200 million in cash
Jim Reinhardt
CEO and Co-Founder, Luminary Micro
In May 2009, Luminary Micro was acquired by Texas Instruments, and continues to operate as an independent business unit
Bob Bridge
Former CEO and Co-Founder, Zilker Labs
In December 2008, Zilker Labs was acquired by Intersil Corporation
